I like something that's easy and comfortable, smooth and fluffy like cotton candy.

My dire affliction, I'll attribute to you

It's clear you're nothing special, you're just a skeleton key.
Today, I have rediscovered the joys of songs that don't mean much and just sound nice. A bit like people sometimes, too.

The past week (if you must):
1. Fluffy hair.
2. Soyabean milk.
3. Waffles.
4. 18 chefs, KFC. Prospectively: laksa and sushi.
5. Feeling inadequate, incompetent and slack; basically PP (phytoplankton) like.
6. Suddenly having energy to go run today in CGH's gym.
7. Having people exclaim HUH YOU'RE GOING RUNNING to the above point.
8. Why is it that it is not possible to be a contradiction?
9. Currently playing err, Restaurant City. HAHAHA.
10. And worrying about dresscode and cui-ness to Gareth Pugh.
11. Walking out into wrong places, and encountering stunned nurses.
12. Having to research about sunbears and bile.
13. Seeing really really cute old people (:
14. Learning bits of hokkien, like some lo kun thing.
15. Being tempted to replace thing with some other word that I hear frequently from Sonia & my tutor. No, it doesn't start with F and yes it starts with S.
16. Tomorrow is the weekend, I thought we never live to see it, but I exaggerate.
17. Nail polish is destructible, even the clear ones. Yes, you can call me superficial now, go on.
18. I wish to lose weight so I can walk faster. My legs are the same length as Keith's but I can't walk as fast, it must be the weight.
19. I really like the lyrics of this song! SKELETON KEY LA, THEN.
20. My weekends are really busy.

No parachutes and safety nets here.

Don't expect things that I can't and won't give.
Do, however, try to grow eyes in the back of your head. The present ones aren't working, because they don't detect changes.

Britain's Got Talent: Susan Boyle

This is fully awesome.

I dreamed a dream lyrics:
I dreamed a dream in time gone by
When hope was high,
And life worth living
I dreamed that love would never die
I dreamed that God would be forgiving.

Then I was young and unafraid
When dreams were made and used,
And wasted
There was no ransom to be paid
No song unsung,
No wine untasted.

But the tigers come at night
With their voices soft as thunder
As they tear your hopes apart
As they turn your dreams to shame.

And still I dream he'll come to me
And we will live our lives together
But there are dreams that cannot be
And there are storms
We cannot weather...

I had a dream my life would be
So different from this hell I'm living
So different now from what it seems
Now life has killed
The dream I dreamed.

My Sister's Keeper

Can't wait for this to hit the screen in June.

The Good, The Bad and The Tasty part I

The Good:
1. H&M + Uniqlo=best haul ever. I finally got my bomber jacket + studded belt + clinical shoes + black flats. All in black, not sure why.
2. Small tucked away timsum houses with the best congee ever for breakfast. Multiply by 3 = breakfast everyday.
3. Disneyland! My brother dragged me along to Space Mountain :/ && then when it rolled me around in the rollercoaster dark thing he laughed at me! But it was still quite fun.

The Bad:
4. The walking is horrendous. I think I grew an extra set of muscles. And everyone walks very fast, and talks very loud.
5. The turnover at restaurants is fast x 100 = eat very fast without talking.
6. Ladies market. The upside of this walk into Ladies Market was the best XLB ever eaten. (:

The Tasty:
7. Lin Heung Tea House on the second day for breakfast. The whole place was packed, tea was everywhere and old people were too, sipping their tea (which was obscenely thick btw) and reading newspapers. Best fish thing and paus. /drool.
8. Milk teaaaaa at Lan Fong Yuen. /slurp.
9. Steamed carrot cake at Wai Kee Congeeeeeee. Super yum!
10. Okay so mmm on the third day when we were in Central, and hungry from post H&M shopping we ate 5 lunches. You know, the mini kind or so we like to think.
It went like this:
Zi Char @ some roadside stall / Wanton Mee / Claypot Rice (AWESOME) / Pork chop buns + milk tea / Egg tarts.

Photos when I get my hands on them!

/the title should read THE TASTY because I've never felt so pleased with the food. HOHOHO.
